Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Deposit Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To ensure we can continue providing high-quality services to all our clients, we’ve implemented the following Cancellation & Deposit Policy: 1. Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit of [insert amount or percentage, or 25% is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within the allowed time frame (outlined below), your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least [48 hours] notice before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this time frame will result in your deposit being credited toward a future service. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than [48] hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. You will be required to pay a new deposit when rescheduling. No-Show: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full amount of the service will be charged, and your deposit will be forfeited.
